Shaadi Planner is a private website for one couple's wedding. We set it up and run it. The couple and their guests use it.

For the couple

Up to five people can run it together.

Keep one guest list. Add guests by hand or from Excel, filter them and export a list for the caterer.
Send the invitations. Each guest gets a WhatsApp message with their own link, and the cards your designer made.
See who is coming. RSVPs arrive on the list as guests answer, and you can record an answer given by phone.
Describe each celebration. A page per event, shown only to the guests invited to it.
Collect the photos. Guests upload theirs, and you choose what goes into the album.
Make it yours. Choose one of six palettes and add your own logo.

For your guests

Nothing to install, no account, no password.

A guest opens the link in their invitation. That link signs them in to your site and shows them the celebrations they are invited to, the RSVP and, after the wedding, the album.

Guests never see this company's name. The site is yours: your names, your palette and your photographs.

If you are a guest reading this: this site cannot sign you in. Use the link the couple sent you, and ask them for a new one if it has stopped working.

Getting a site

By invitation, for now.

We create your instance and send you a secure setup link. You open it, set your admin password and your wedding details, and the site is yours to fill in.

Each couple's site runs on its own, with its own database and photo storage. Your guests' details are never shared with another couple's site.
